SAJHL Evaluation Day
Saturday, October 4
We are excited to begin our 2025-2026 SAJHL season with our Evaluation Day sessions to be held Saturday October 4 at the Tom Graham arena in Richmond Hill (Elgin Mills Road between Bayview and Leslie). The schedule for the morning is as follows (note the groups DO NOT represent different divisions - they are assigned based on numbers of registered skaters at each birth year):
8:15am - Birth Years 2019 - 2021
9:00am - Birth Years 2016 - 2018
10:00am - Birth Years 2013 - 2015
11:00am - Birth Year Before 2013
Evaluations are important as they allow the coaches to place players in the appropriate division based on skill level, age, size, etc. Full equipment is required and you will need to provide your own jersey and socks as team jerseys and socks will be handed out the following week. The team assignments and full league schedule will be posted to the league web site at www.sajhl.com during the week following the evaluation day. The season schedule will commence October 11 with a practice/scrimmage for all teams. The first league game will be Saturday October 18. The season will run through to our Championship Finals to be held Saturday April 5, 2026.
